Revenue distribution
One of the most important rights granted to members is to receive revenue corresponding to royalties charged by SCM , on their behalf.
The distribution of these revenues is carried out at least once a year and takes into account the use of works and artistic performances on television, radio, cinema, internet, etc.
SCM also distributes revenues collected outside Cape Verde as it has reciprocal agreements with similar companies to license the use of the repertoire managed by it in other countries.
SCM members have access to distributions made and can always check the amounts allocated to them.
